NDIS
At Palms Allied Health, our trained therapists understand the needs of our self-managed NDIS clients and we are here to help you.
Whilst we are not a registered provider, we are happy to work with your selected Plan Management Company so you have no upfront payments.
Our Commitment to NDIS Participants
At Palms Allied Health, we understand the importance of accessible and high-quality care for everyone, including those supported by the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). While we are not an NDIS registered provider, this does not reflect on the quality of care and services we offer.
Who We Can Support:
We are fully equipped to see patients who are Plan Managed or Self Managed. This allows us to provide our exceptional services to a broader range of NDIS participants.
Quality Care Beyond Registration:
Choosing a provider that is not NDIS registered does not mean compromising on care quality. In many cases, non-registered providers, like Palms Allied Health, offer superior and more personalised services. Our team is dedicated to treating every patient with the utmost respect and individualised attention, rather than as just a number in a large corporate system.
We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and supportive environment, ensuring that each of our clients receives the best possible care tailored to their unique needs. Our approach is driven by a genuine passion for helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals, fostering a community where everyone feels valued and cared for.
Why Choose Palms Allied Health?
Personalised Attention: We take the time to understand each patient's unique circumstances and needs, providing tailored therapy and support.

Experienced Team: Our qualified professionals are committed to delivering high-quality care, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.
We invite you to experience the Palms Allied Health difference, where exceptional care and compassion come together to support your journey towards better health and wellbeing.

Compliments and Feedback
We operate with a philosophy of continuous improvement. Your feedback—both positive and constructive—helps us enhance the quality of our services. We believe in a simple feedback model:
If you’re not happy, let us know so we can resolve it.

Costs of Service
At Palms, we charge all therapy services at the same hourly rate for both NDIS and non-NDIS clients. This includes face-to-face sessions, telehealth consultations, and the necessary documentation work.
All fees for NDIS participants are in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits Guide.
Community visits incur additional costs.
Our payment terms vary depending on how your NDIS funds are managed.
NDIS Information and Transparency Obligations
To ensure compliance with NDIS funding and pricing policies, Palms Physiotherapy & Allied Health requests the following from NDIS participants or their guardians:
NDIS Participant Number
NDIS Plan start and end dates
NDIS Funding details and management type
If Plan Managed, the Plan Manager's contact details
Should any of these details change, clients or their carers are required to inform us so we can maintain accurate reporting, which is necessary for ongoing funding.
Appointment Timing
Our standard appointments are typically 60 minutes (45 minutes of direct therapy and 15 minutes for reporting and planning).
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and the full session will be charged. Once the appointment concludes, responsibility for the client reverts back to the parent, carer, or guardian present.
By adhering to these clear guidelines, we can provide a safe, efficient, and caring service to all our clients, ensuring that both NDIS participants and private clients receive the support they need to thrive.
