School Kids Exercise Program

School Term Program 

• Term 1 Theme: "Under The Sea"

• Runs 8-9 weeks in Term 1

• Monday: 4:30pm

  1. 10/2/25, 17/2/25, 24/2/25, 10/3/25, 17/3/25, 24/3/25, 31/3/25, 7/4/25.

• Wednesday: 3:30pm and 4:30pm

  1. 12/2/25, 19/2/25, 26/2/24, 5/3/25, 12/3/25, 19/3/25, 26/3/25, 2/4/25,9/4/25

• 50 minute sessions, 10 minutes of feedback post session.

• Age: 5-12 years old.

• 2 Therapists to 4 children. 

• Sessions are run by our Occupational Therapists.

• Sessions will work on fine motor skills, gross motor skills, emotional regulation, endurance, balance, coordination and more!

• Sessions include time in our Sensory Room

• CAREGIVERS/PARENTS - Book for a special parents 45 minute clinical exercise. (uses some pilates equipment) class at 3:30pm or 4:30pm for the special price of $200 for the term (payable upfront). Book this in at the same time! Or feel free to drop and run for the 50 minutes! (these sessions are also claimable on private health insurance if you have extras cover with Physio).

• Cost:

  • Booked as an Term Program.

  • Monday sessions 8 weeks $880/term 

  • Wednesday sessions 9 weeks $990/term

  • Works out to be $110 per session. All inclusive of therapists time, resources, planning, report at the end of the program.

  • Payable upfront at the beginning of term. Catchup/missed sessions will be offered where possible.

  • Rebates are able to be claimed on private health insurance (if you have OT cover). Receipt will be provided at the end of each session to claim through private health. Missed sessions are not able to be claimed, but we will offer a makeup session where possible.

  • If you are NDIS (plan or self-managed), we will submit invoices after each the session. Missed classes are still billed.
